Melty Moon Necklace Opening!

Hi friends! <3

I came across someone selling a bunch of Halloween themed jewelry and accessories online. When I saw this necklace I decided to go for it. Luckily most people bid on the other items, so I was able to get a good deal on this in the end. I know it's kind of an impulse buy, and might not match much, but I really liked/wanted it.

Thoughts:

I love this necklace! <3 The chain and beads are made of plastic while the connectors and clasp part are metal. Using pastel colors gives it a fun, but not too spooky look. The moon has a star charm, and does indeed appear to be 'melting' as shown by the drips on the bottom. There are also small painted stars and three tiny rhinestones on the moon. The brand name is written out in cursive as well. A large star features the brand initials and is surrounded by star beads and cute little fake pearl beads. Everything is so cute!  I'm looking forward to wearing it sometime soon.

I'm back with another item to cross off my wishlist. It was originally sold as part of a lucky pack, but I just wanted the headbow and jsk. Might look for the socks too at some point.

Thoughts:

I really love this set! <3 The print features strawberries, which are my favorite fruit. It makes me think of summertime and picnics. The fabric is cotton with soft white lace trim. The headbow has wire inside to shape it. The bodice has ribbon lacing in the front. I don't think it's meant to adjust the fit though; more of a decorative thing. The jsk has a fully shirred back with the straps being fixed into place (not adjustable). I find the chest bow is a bit awkward/floppy but I may just tack it down with a few stitches later on. The jsk fits well and even has extra room in the bust if one needed it. I'm hoping to wear it before the cooler weather comes. I may also have to add the black version to my wishlist now ;-)

Snack Time: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Milk!

You're probably wondering why I have included a drink under the snack label. The reason is because I find flavored milk to be quite rich and filling. Making them more like a snack rather than a drink. I love trying out the different flavors. Found this in a vending machine while out at a county fair with some friends.

$2- Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough milk- United States

Thoughts:

This was really tasty! It had a good cookie dough flavor throughout. However, I think it could have used just a little bit more of the chocolate flavor. It was nice and creamy too. The price was more than I would usually pay, but I had never seen it before. I may check the grocery stores near me to see if they carry it for less. I would probably get it again :-)
