I got a big package today that I am super excited about. My first purchase from Innocent World too. They were having a winter sale and I fell in love with this purse. The boyfriend helped me with the online ordering which was easier that I thought it'd be.

Thoughts:
The online ordering process was fairly easy. There was an English version of the site available for browsing. You just register/create an account, copy and paste the link of the item(s) you want into the order form, and wait for an invoice. Since I bought during a sale I can understand why it took a week for the invoice to show up. The shop staff were probably busy sorting through all the order forms that had been sent in. Once the item was paid for, it got shipped out fairly quickly. Packing was done well although I think the box was a bit larger than was necessary. The note that was included was a nice touch. The quality of the purse is excellent as well. I would definitely buy from them again.
I love the color and embroidery details <3 The handles are adjustable and the inside is very roomy. It even has small pockets to hold things like my phone and lip balm so I don't have to go digging around for them. I am looking forward to wearing this with future coords sometime soon.
