Thoughts:

These are so cute! They came in a pretty pink bubble envelope decorated with stickers. Included with my order were some business cards, a postcard with a lovely note, and sheet of adorable stickers <3

The wrist cuffs I believe, are made out of a soft polyester fabric. The flowers are good quality and remind me of the nicer ones on hair clips I've seen at Claire's stores in the mall. The stitching is even and neatly done. The elastic bands are secured in place properly. There are a few issues though. The flowers are a more yellowy ivory color compared to the wrist cuff itself. The flowers also appear to have been attached with hot glue instead of sewn on. It's not that noticeable, but I think sewing would have made it more secure, not to mention giving the item a more pleasing/professional look. My biggest issue is the fit/wrist sizing. Now I'm not sure if I missed reading the sizing online, or if it was added/changed later, but they are way too big for me. I was under the impression they were a one-size type fit. I guess not. I will probably be selling them and buy another pair elsewhere. I'm kind of disappointed as I wanted them to wear with my more classic/classic-sweet coords.

Overall, the item is cute and pretty close to what I ordered. Fluffy Tori were quick to respond when I reached out. Shipping was a bit delayed understandably due to factory/pandemic. There was no tracking number provided. I did use a free shipping code from the Gramarye event. Although I was not in a hurry to receive my item, being able to track it would have been nice. I would order from Fluffy Tori again, but maybe just stick to stationary or pins.

Wardrobe Goals: 2020 & 2021!

 Hi friends! <3

It's time for wardrobe goals! I'm going to review what mine were from the previous year, along with how well (or not) I did. Then, I'm going to set some new goals for next year. Enjoy!

Curious about earlier wardrobe goals?

Wardrobe Goals: 2020!

1.) Get a rack or shelf for my lolita shoes. I was keeping them in the back corner of my closet on top of a box, but I've run out of space with my recent additions.

Done! I got one from online. You can read about that here.

2.) Do more coords with rectangle headdresses. I've come to realize how much I like the look of them. Since some of my dresses don't have any matching headwear currently, this might work out well.

Somewhat accomplished. I wore them twice and had planned to do more, but lost interest in dressing up as I couldn't go anywhere/do much in my frills with the pandemic going on.

3.) Continue hunting Wishlist items. Especially...

a.) Gold shoes (to replace my current ones as they are starting to crack on the sides and not look so pretty)

Not accomplished. The exact same ones I have don't come in my size anymore. I'm going to have to go with another style or brand.

b.) Pink x white bracelet (to match with the majority of my coords, no more wearing one bracelet of each color to get the same effect)

Not accomplished. You think it would be relatively easy to find, but nope. I did see one, but the price was ridiculous. I'll keep looking.

c.) Brown, dark green, or yellow otks (to be able to wear blouses of those colors more)

Done! I got one pair in dark green and one pair in yellow.

Wardrobe Goals: 2021!

1.) Clear out remaining sales items. This may have to be done in small lots or bundles as most of it is offbrand items.

2.) Style sweet-classic pieces in a more classic way.

3.) Continue looking for wishlist items. Especially...

a.) Long black bloomers (to wear with gothic style)

b.) White x sax otks (surprisingly I don't think I have any)

c.) Pink jsk with a deer in the print

November Sip Down Progress & December Goals!

 Hi friends! <3

Continuing with my sip downs...

In November, I finished bee the change and cherry blossom. Had dragon tea and a cranberry apple. Continued with earl grey and magic moon. Started cotton candy, caramel shortbread, and pumpkin spice.

Teas I got were DavidsTea: Caramel Shortbread (on sale)...

Also tried out a few from a couple new semi-local tea shops- Cuppa Culture: Orange Blossom Jasmine & Pumpkin Spice. The Soul in Bloom: Earl Grey in the Garden & Angel...

DavidsTea also had another free shipping promo going on, so I took advantage of that to get a few things. They came with samples, yay...

And finally, I picked this straw set up at a thrift store for super cheap. Definitely going to give it a good cleaning before using, but look at what it all comes with. Wow <3

November was also when I acquired this cabinet (for free!) and turned it into a tea station. Yes, you read that right; FREE! I had come back from running errands one day and saw it sitting by the curb with a FREE sign taped to it. It's kind of beat up, covered in scratches, and the little door knobs are missing, but not too bad a find. I cleaned it up and put it to use right away...

On top, I put the Keurig, my sip down basket and my accessories (spoons/straws/mini frother). The bag behind the Keurig holds my tea empties. The measuring cup is handy for when I have extra tall travel mugs that don't fit under the spout. Infusers and sachet rests are up front. I like to dump my used tea leaves in empty ramen cups. When it gets full, I toss it in the trash without worrying about the bag getting too wet or soggy...

Underneath there, are two shelves. I got some baskets/trays from the Dollar Tree for my mugs. It is easy to pull them out, choose a mug and slide it back in. The first drawer holds my unopened teas. Hopefully, I won't run out of room too quickly here lol...

The bottom drawer holds my DavidsTea mugs and some assorted teaware. My travel mugs are sitting in a box in front of the tea station for now as I didn't have room for them. I still have a lot of tea ware that needs to be cleaned and put away somewhere, but I'm holding off on that as there is no place to put them. I'm thinking I will probably get a shelf or two for those someday. For now, this is good enough...

For December, I plan to finish pumpkin spice and cotton candy. Continue with sticky rice oolong, earl grey, caramel shortbread, and magic moon. Start ice cream matcha, chai vanilla caramel, and da hong pao.
