Hello friends! <3
This past weekend was Ruffle Con. A convention with a big focus on lolita and other japanese fashions. I went with a bunch of friends from the lolita comm. It was about 7 hours away by car, so a nice little road trip :-)

Thursday
Packed up the car and left in the morning. Picked up a couple friends and started on our way. Arrived in the evening, checked into the hotel, and got settled in the room. Picked up my badge and tea party ticket. Wandered around and chatted about plans for the next day. Had dinner and laid out my coord.
Friday
Day #1! Had breakfast, got changed into my coord, and hung out while waiting for events to begin. Joined in the super long line for the consignment room. Took my time browsing and checking out everything available. Then did the same in the vendor's room. Found a bunch of items :-) Some panels and events, dinner, and got my coord ready for the next day.
Thursday

Day #3! Breakfast, coord on, and wandered slowly around the consignment and vendor's rooms one last time. Picked up a couple more items I had been debating on. Relaxed in the room for a bit until it was time to get in line for the tea party. Tea party, prizes, and a con group pic.

Breakfast, regular clothes, packed up, and headed back home :-(
Thoughts:
I had a great time! Got to wear some of my new items, did a lot of shopping, and got to spend time away with friends having fun. Definitely looking forward to going back next year <3
