Thoughts:

I love this print! The carousel horses, the roses, everything <3 The collar has gorgeous lace around it which is unusual so I'm not sure yet what kind of blouse to wear it with. The belt is cute and while I thought it looked weird, I ended up loving it. I'm definitely looking forward to wearing this soon :-)
