January Sip Down Progress & February Goals!

Continuing with my sip downs...






In January, I finished chai vanilla caramel. It tasted like apples and oatmeal with cinnamon. Continued Christmas eve and grand cru matcha. Started the other box of  caramel shortbread, Scottish caramel puerh, raspberry matcha, gojiberry blueberry pomegranate green, and holiday chai. Also tried a couple samples. Strawberries & cream was pretty good the first cup, but did not make for a good resteep. The  herbal blend #625 had a nice clove and cinnamon taste. Not a fan of puerh so far. Liking the holiday chai a lot though.


I placed a shared order with David's Tea since they were having a sale. It came with a couple samples...

I had also placed a small order with Bird & Blend for this special edition tea. It came with a couple samples as well...

For February, I plan to finish sticky rice oolong, gojiberry blueberry pomegranate green, Scottish caramel puerh, and the other sample of strawberries & cream. Continue with caramel shortbread (maybe try as a latte sometime), and holiday chai. Start da hong pao and totally nutty.
